 "My scooter has given me a tremendous amount of freedom. I can only walk about 150 meters and I am now able to go on long journeys around my suburb with my wife. This is great because I now get to see and talk to a lot of our neighbors that I had not seen for some time. I also can go to our local shopping center on my own and can enjoy picnics with my wife and friends. I was a little embarrassed to use a scooter at first but now I feel a tremendous sense of freedom."

However, due to medical problems in the last couple years, my husband stopped driving and left the house only rarely during the day since I have continued to work. I am very pleased. My scooter allows me to continue to work at my present job.  Without it I would not be able to do what I am doing because of the walking involved.  I can witness to others that being permanently handicapped in one leg and back is not the problem it used to be.  I just do things differently.  I can keep an attitude about life that many don't believe. I am never comfortable on my feet but my scooter is my feet and it is comfortable.

I am overall satisfied with the legend I purchased. My purchasing the pride legend has given me back the independence that I had lost by not being able to walk. I can now shop in stores that do not provide electric carts and can walk my dogs.

This has been the best thing to happen to me since I became disabled. I am 42 years old, and it took a lot of soul searching to accept the fact that I could not get around without help anymore. Since I've had my scooter, I've been very productive at my work, which is a 7-building campus of a major national retailer. I've since been promoted, thanks in part to my ability to be functionally independent, and being able to get around and to meetings and other functions. Thanks for such a great product!
