Highly Respected Rehab Specialist Brings Expertise to Quantum Rehab – Mike McCarthy Named National Sales Manager, Manual Wheelchairs & Synergy Seating Products

EXETER, PA – Pride Mobility Products Corp. is pleased to announce the Quantum division’s latest addition, Mike McCarthy, ATS, to assume the role of National Sales Manager for Manual Wheelchairs and Synergy Seating Products.

Mike comes to Pride with over 15 years of hands-on field experience in seating and mobility products, focusing largely on custom manual wheelchairs. His expertise as a rehab specialist and provider came from working in the Philadelphia market for National Seating and Mobility, helping to build his knowledge on what providers and consumers are looking for. He has worked extensively with adult and pediatric clients with brain injuries, CP, progressive neurological disorders, developmental disabilities, and pressure sore management. Mike is also certified as an Assistive Technology Supplier.

Mike will work closely with R&D, overseeing all product and accessory development, as well as integrating with the sales force to effectively strengthen Quantum Rehab’s manual wheelchair line. He will initially be working out of Pride’s headquarters to identify the product and accessory development necessary for the existing seating and manual wheelchair products available from Pride’s Quantum Division.

Mike’s addition will enhance Quantum’s ability to address the market in a manner that will greatly benefit Pride’s manual wheelchair and seating products, while strongly enhancing provider relations.
