Maria Kelly
Business Analyst, Business Management

I like that I get to work with numbers every day. That’s what I like to do and what I went to school for. My work varies throughout the month so I have variety in my tasks. As a Pride employee, I know that even though I’m at a desk working with numbers, I’m helping to make a product that improves lives. I also like that Pride is family-oriented and treats their employees well. It’s a nice, comfortable environment to work in.

Tracarris Wince

Tracarris Wince
Graphic Designer, Marketing

My job involves creating and updating ads, sell sheets and brochures, photo manipulation, and coming up with new concepts for digital and print media. It’s a creative outlet for me and it’s always something I’ve liked doing. I enjoy technology and using software like Photoshop. My favorite part about working at Pride are the people here. I like my coworkers and people who I see in the hallways or cafeteria will say hi to me or chat even if I do not know their names. It’s a welcoming environment.

Sandy Dieso

Sandy Dieso
Assembler III, Quantum Production

I primarily sort shrouds for power chairs. I like to be busy and my job keeps me on me on my toes. Our bosses at Pride are leaders and we’ve got a great bunch of people here. Sometimes we have a tour come through of people who use our products and it makes me feel good to know I’m doing something that enhances someone else’s life. It gives me a warm feeling inside.

Ben Bachman
Lead Motor Engineer, R&D Mechanical Engineering - Quantum

I improve the quality and cost effectiveness of motors in products that ultimately impact the people who use them. I find it very rewarding and fulfilling to work for a company that helps so many people. I enjoy what I do. R&D is a close group and we all help each other and work together. I also like the emphasis Pride puts on family and all the family activities they provide.

General Manager – Public Relations & Consumer Research, Marketing

I’m fortunate that in my roles at Pride and Quantum, I’m able to serve others with disabilities, and I feel tremendous purpose in that. As one who relies on mobility technology myself, I know personally of its vital nature. Being part of a team that delivers independence-inspiring, quality-of-life mobility solutions is a path that I’m forever passionate about. People, purpose, and passion are the cornerstones of my career at Pride and Quantum.

Emmy Motter

Emmy Motter
Inventory Specialist III, Material Handling

I like driving the reach truck and I can do multiple things like put items away and pull orders, so I never get bored; there is always something to do. The people here are nice and Pride does great things for their employees. They have a birthday lunch each month as well as holiday lunches and other activities. The health insurance is also really good here. It’s a great place to work.
